The Lino Arci Team were a seller's dream come true! Both Italia and Lino took exceptional care of us which lead to the sale of our rental property. I can't say enough good things about them. Italia kept us in the loop via emails and texts throughout the duration of the home being listed. Every two weeks, we would receive an update regarding the market, as well as feedback on the house from the agents who completed the showings.... Italia and Lino followed up with EVERY SINGLE SHOWING. That is dedication and care. They also tried various strategies to increase traffic on showings which clearly worked because we had over 58 showings within 2 weeks once changes were made and then accepted an offer from one of the agents and their clients.
